We are a small business that uses an on-demand fulfilment method. This means that we do not hold an inventory and only make an item produced when you order it. We do this to keep our costs low and quality high. We as much as possible also work with local ( UK) and  businesses in producing our products, although some of our designs are made in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Because of this, we offer a 100% guarantee that the item comes in perfect condition; if it doesn't, that is, it is damaged or there is a manufacturing error. We apologise for this. We offer a replacement or refund with no questions asked within 30 days of product delivery. 

Because we are a made-to-order business, returns and refunds are only accepted in the above situations.
