Shipping Policy for MountZionGifts
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed between two and five business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Standard Orders
- UK standard orders are delivered within 5 working days.
- Europe orders take 5-11 working days
- US standard orders take up to 20 working days.
Made to order items will take longer to prepare and produce.
- Made to order Shipping to UK - Expect delivery in 15 working days.
- Made to order Shipping to Europe will take 17 working days
- Made to order Shipping to USA will take 20 working days
Address Verification:
- Please ensure the shipping address is correct before finalising your purchase.
- MountZionGifts is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or stolen packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided.
- In the event that your package is stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and checking if your home or building has security measures, such as cameras.
Damaged Goods:
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item(s) and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
- We will do our best to replace or refund items that are damaged in transit.
